• Tool Room for designing and manufacturing toolings for sheet metal components and fixtures for mass manufacturing
• FRP Moulding and Pattern Making Shop for development of FRP/ABS components
• CAD Center for Design/Drawings for Prototyping and Mass Manufacturing
• Development Shop for Concept & Prototyping

Design & Engineering Capabilities:
The company designs and develops, in house, all required tooling for pressed parts, FRP parts, vacuum formed components, welding fixtures for structural inspection, jigs, templates etc.
The integration of design and production engineering aspects, all under one roof is the core competency of the company exclusively available to it is OEM customers.
The company's design team has the competency to meet norms of Automotive Standards and Vehicle Regulations in India and Other Countries.

Design Centre:
The company's Design Centre is equipped with sophisticated computers including SGI that employ professional engineering softwares like IDEAS, Solid Works, Cosmos/M etc. to develop new bus designs and styling to suite customer requirments.

Prototyping :
Subsequent rapid prototyping facility is also available for expeditious validation of new designs with actual prototypes for market research and physical testing as required.
The Company’s Concept-to-Prototype services from the Design Centre allows for a short time cycle for new vehicle development.

Product designing is focused on (a) adoption of contemporary line and form (b) strong emphasis on standardization and (c) lowest possible costs.
