The two companies in the Group, MG Automotives near Hyderabad and Alma Motors in Belgaum, are independent stand alone plants having combined built-up plant area of 35,000 square meters and capacity to deliver in excess of 12,000 Buses per annum.

Large Pressurised Paint Booth and Baking Oven suitable for painting bus body shells upto 12 Meter overall length, application of sophisticated Polyurethane top coat paints and lacquers.
Totally Tooled up and Fixturised Production for all structural parts and assemblies for high output and consistent dimensional accuracy.
Component Manufacturing Shop consisting of Mechanical and Hydraulic NC Press Brakes, Presses and Shearing Machines.
Pattern Making and FRP Shop for developing FRP items.
Seat Shop having dedicated Pipe Bending Unit with NC Bending Machines for seat frames and an exclusive facility with a complete line for seat trimming assembly.
Leakage Testing Facility for leakage checks.
